This event will be held over the usual course commencing at 0930 from Scrivener Dam and finishing in Orana Bay.

Entries are to be submitted, by Clubs only, via the ACTRA e-mail entry process. Entries close on the Sunday preceding the time trial regatta at 4.00pm. Late entries will not be accepted. The entry fee is $5.00 per seat to be billed to Clubs and payable before the next regatta.

Given the high level of entries this event attracts from competitors of all standards, safety is a major focus in our planning. This year the Union of Boat Race Officials will be providing several large safety boats for this event and some officials. Clubs are asked to provide at least one safety boat and driver as in previous years to be available to attend the pre-race meeting at Black Mountain Rowing Club at 0845 each race day for allocation of tasks.

To minimise the potential hazards associated with winter rowing, Clubs are asked to ensure that all competitors they enter are capable of safely completing the course in the prevailing conditions.

The names and contact details of Club coordinators for this event should be provided to ACTRA Secretary Pat Davoren by e-mail or telephone 0417 496 327.
