The ANU Boat Club’s “Oarscars” Awards Night will be held on Friday evening 20 August at the Mantra on Northbourne. All members of the ACT Rowing community are welcome to attend.
Special guests for the evening are the ANU Intervarsity rowing teams from 1966 and 1967. Some of these guests will provide historical insights into the early days of rowing and racing in Canberra during the evening.

Note the all ACT Australian junior men’s quad recording 12:47.81 in June 99 then, with a minor crew change, backed up the following month to record another sub-13 minute result.
