Stretching Workshop – 28th October
You’re Invited …
Capital Lakes Rowing Club invite all ACT Rowers and their families to attend a Rowing Stretching Workshop conducted by accredited Posture and Flexibility Teachers, Karen Caldwell and Markus Zellner.
Stretching is traditionally an undervalued component of sports training. Understanding the principles of stretching means that a small amount of weekly stretching will improve your posture, allowing you to row more efficiently and lengthen your rowing career. All money raised is being donated to Capital Lakes Rowing Club to assist with the construction of the new clubhouse at Grevillea Park.
