Rowing Australia is providing fifteen women in rowing with the opportunity to attend this special event.

Rowing Australia will be facilitating a two-day workshop that will be delivered by Melbourne Business School (MBS) to be held in Canberra on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 November.  MBS ranks among the top global business schools and have tailored the workshop specifically for sport.

The workshop develops an individuals capabilities to progress within rowing as an administrator, coach or official, and to enable them to effectively manage the challenges within their sport and life in general.

Rowing Australia is offering fifteen full scholarships to attend the event.    The scholarships will cover all costs associated with attending the workshop, as well as the workshop itself.   The event does not have a user pays option, due to the requirement of a small and intimate setting for learning.
